35K COURSE

This course route is suitable for junior high-altitude trail running and hiking.

The course goes uphill along the ridge line of Zigou, facing Yaomei Peak, until Zhongliangzi. Zhongliangzi is 4,074 meters above sea level. It has an excellent angle to view the south wall of Yaomei Peak. The left side overlooks the panoramic view of Changping Valley.

Go straight down from Zhongliangzi into Changpinggou, bypass the dry tree beach, turn back at Xiaganhaizi, and finally return to the endpoint. The road is mainly downhill. After passing the Lama Temple, there is a slight climb.

  32km
     DISTANCE
  1,805m
     ASCEND
  1,805m
     DESCEND
  3
     PEAKS
  3
     CHECKPOINTS
  12h
     CUTOFF
