Thank you for understanding.<\/em><\/p>\n\t\t<h2>\t\n\t20K COURSE<\/h2>\t\t\n\t\t\t<p>The total distance is 20 km, the altitude is 3200-4074 meters, and the total climb is 1180 meters.
